  Candidates who clear the written examination are called for the 5-day Services Selection Board (SSB) interview process.
  The SSB interview evaluates Officer Like Qualities (OLQs), leadership ability, communication skills, confidence, decision-making, teamwork, and personality.

The SSB process includes:

• Screening Test

• GTO Tasks
• Personal Interview
• Conference Round
  Only candidates who receive an official “Recommended” status from the SSB board move forward in the selection process. If a candidate gets conference-out or not recommended, their written exam marks become irrelevant for final merit.
• Step 3 – Medical Examination
